increase tolerance on an already selected area

Currently you have to set the "tolerance" for the magic wand, before using it to select an area. However, this means you may have to repeatedly re-set the tolerance and re-select the area before it is the correct amount. It would therefore be useful to be able to adjust the tolerance on an area you had already selected.
